We’ve perfected the process of renewing headlights and at a fraction of the cost of replacements.
Replacing the covers on Porsche headlights is not a simple oven bake and pull apart procedure. The 997, 981, 991 and 718 series headlights are assembled with a sealant/adhesive which does not soften with heat. Because of this permanent sealant, we use an ultrasonic cutter to precisely and strategically separate the covers from the housing in a manner as to not damage the internal trim parts or channel.
Achieving a professional result requires knowledge and expertise which is why we are proud to offer our Repair Service option for Porsche owners who are not ready to tackle the challenge of cutting apart their own headlights.
